Brands with packaging that cannot be resealed, like Cutler Pro, Scrummi and Paper Not Foil are final sale only. In cases where multiples were purchased and only one package was opened, contact the support team at help@sustainbeauty.co or text 562-453-3846 to initiate a return of unopened items.

Exceptions to the condition will be considered based on programs offered by each individual brand, like the ECOHEADS North America buy-back program. Any fees or processing administrative charges due to charge backs or claims made will be deducted from the final refund.
